RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, we will accept returns or exchanges of non-sale merchandise with a proof of purchase within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the product is defective. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with all tags intact to receive credit.
Please contact us to get a return authorization. For your protection, we strongly recommend sending return items with an insured carrier.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Every effort is made to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Occasionally we run out of an item before the website can be updated. If that happens, you will be notified by either e-mail or telephone.
SALES TAX
Purchases shipped within the state of Florida will be subject to applicable sales taxes.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Our standard domestic shipping rate is $5.95 flat up to $75 order total. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping (after discounts, before shipping). We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail packages take 2-3 days on average to arrive.
If you received free shipping and want to return or exchange, and the balance falls below $75.00 (free shipping minimum order requirement), $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
